Definitely all of us know, its Kentury Fried Chicken by Colonel Sanders! But, I bet that your kids might not know of it and likelihood that those below 10 years old won't know either unless it was taught explicitly.
That's what KFC actually wanted! Health conscious people will always say eat less or none fried food, eat more veggie. And yet, the big fast food name itself says Fried Chicken, which they indeed deep fried chicken in pressure cooker. That's why they've tried their best to "re-brand" it as KFC.

And ... as consumers are turning to eat the healthier meat - Fish from the Oceon, KFC presents the FishOle. That's one of the very early moves that KFC venture into non-chicken meat. And you'll notice that the KFC wording is very much smaller.
And as of now, we'll see the new Fish Zinger in KFC stores! It features whole fish fillet and hohoho! I couldn't find the wording KFC anymore in the logo!
