Moving Moving!!

Very tired!!! Was looking for my Aztech modem as well as compiling my list of items to move last night till 2:30am.

The summary as follows:
1) 21 unboxed items
2) 56 boxes (big and small sizes)

My K2 Skate and My wife's Tecnica Skate, we'll miss it for 3 months from now.

Scene at my new house.

Lots of boxes at the back!

That's the very old cupboard, originated from NTU Hall 4, by my good yiperng brother!

It was indeed rushing this morning, my mover came late by about 2 hours! and reaching tampines at about 12am and move all stuff in the small room provided by uncle. And then, thanks to Lewis my agent, he drove me to Aztech @ Ubi and I've got my DSL305E fixed in 15mins and that cost me S$15 though. And after that, rush to work @ 2pm.

It's rainbow!

While we went on our way along the road to Singapore Custom last saturday, it rains...
But wait.. it's wonderful, it'ss rain bow!

Genesis 9
12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:
13
I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
14
Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds,
15
I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.
16
Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."

We actually saw the full rainbow (half circle), very significant and very nice.

That lights up my day as we pack and move our stuffs back to JB.
Thanks be to our wonderful God.

Wedding Photos...

A year passed by... and I still haven't sort it out...

There it goes:
My Google's Picasa Albums

You can also try your luck here:
Riya Visual Search

Wanted to post here as well, my good friend's wedding link.

Mandy and Mr.Cool ROM, which I had the honor to be guest on their cruise.

And Their Wedding Dinner, which I've missed it.

And not to forget also, Brother Andrew, photographer for both mine and Mandy's wedding.

And James Wong, Oon Teng and How Seng, my photographers in Singapore!

How about ... some peers that is upcoming?

My Sister In-Law - Marcus and Nicole
My Good Friends - Kang Hong and See Lai

Let me know if I've missed out yours...

Well, my wife start to nag me.. why they got nice wedding website and we don't have...?
My answer? Busy ma... and ... I love you. (she'll smile and that's enough for now.)

My Wedding First Anniversary!

It is a sunny day! This morning the sky was very bright when we went off for church.

See the sunny nice blue sky, 白白的云,蓝蓝的天。

After Church, we wanted to go for Kui ShinBo!
its slogan that we always remember "1, 2, 3, Kui Shin Bo, Boom Boom Boom, 1, 2, 3..."

Unfortunately... It was closed for renovation! That's very disappointing!

Look, what we have then...

That's my Super Star's Hamurger, Carl's Junior.
First look, I like its nice packaging, which pack the burger nicely for hold.
But, still at the end of the burger's life time, the wrapper got too wet and broke.

My Wife eating the very famous and delicious Beef Chili Fries.
I figured out that I can make the same! the beef chili is actually taco sauces.

I kind of like this design, only the outer most serviette won't get dirty if you spilled water on it, as compare to drawing the serviette from the top. And it looks robust, yet to mention that you can wrap around it and there goes the advertisement.

So, this is how our anniversary goes for lunch.

Yum yum... I love this BIG BIG onion ring.
It is different from what you get from Burger King.

5 Steps - The Making of My Dear's Cheese Cake

First, get the OREOs and crushes them into bits.
(don't be mis-leaded, the oven at the background is for decoration only in this tutorial)

(to be honest, do not use the blender to crush the OREO, it doesn't work! crush your OREO while it is still in the packaging and crush some more with whatever means you have.)

Second, mix the OREO bits with butter so that it get harden and stick together to be the base of the cheese cake.

Third, put Kraft Philadelphia Cheese Cube in to the mixer, put water and lemon juice as well as gelatin powder, also not forgetting sugar.

Blend them all together! (best if with some left over OREO bits to have more kicks!)

Forth, pour over the cheese blended to the OREO base, spread evenly.

Fifth, keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours, ready to serve.

Yum yum... best to serve in small servings, it could be too think.
(the fork is from IKEA, I didn't buy it, but was stolen from Uncle Lee's house, by accident..).

It had been 83 Weeks...

29 April, a day that many will remember, which it marks the end of 83 weeks of English Ministry in my church. Many will definitely miss the time together, while many will look forward for a time together again. It was my first time in the english service and yet it was the last time as well.

Brother Nelson Lee take the shot with his Sony phone,
I know he indeed have the heart for the Lord and his sheeps
and he is not going to miss the shot.

This day, we have brother Hosea Lai to share the Word with us, that's the second time that I see him, first time was during the Habitat activity. I was reminded again, to do good in everything that is Good, that pleases God.

And this shot, is by me! So you can see Nelson in there.
hmmm... I'm lazy to name each here, post in comments if you got the names!

So we have our feast thereafter at Hai Nan 2nd Street (海南二街), specialty chicken rice.

See my wife, very innocent look, I love her. :-P

Sister Juin Ee scare it will crack my camera if she is in the picture, so she covered her face.
And Oon Teng (uncle lee) is too fascinated to have the picture taken.
Did you notice the claypot? that's lamb soup, try it out if you are there.

After the feast, which Nelson and Uncle Lee fight over the bills and after all we got a free lunch, 5 of us decided to go for a little Britain trip. (Darren being the fifth one joining us later).

Didn't manage to take much photos, as I'm really super tired and the aircon is not strong enough to make me really feel like being in Britain.

Anyway, that's the Seletar camp, beside the Seletar airport, which there's this very nice piece of land which is so different from the rest of Singapore. But... it is going to be used up for the Aerospace industry about a year later.

For more photos on Seletar Camp, I happen to google for this:

A few days after my last day....

It is better to be late than never...? Finally, I gave a treat to all my fellow ex-colleagues 3 days after my last day.

After getting my budget approved by my financial controller (guess who..? my wife), I've ordered 70 muffins from Chocolate N Spices @ Tanjong Pagar. Met up with my ex-colleague Jacky, Owen and Davie for lunch before we get the 6 boxes of muffins to office. Well, I forgot to take any photos!! gonna make them a visit next week again to take a full strength IT team photo!

Here goes my last week's "photo of the week":

Last Friday @ 6:15pm, Jacky called me on the phone and asked if I'm still in the office and whether I'm going off... reason being..? He've left his passport on his desk. And that's him! came back and take his passport since I'm not leaving so soon. He is too shy to be on the camera though.

Sushi @ JB 2007-04-20

Apparently my dad decide to drive us up to Johor, and we stay at my in-law's house for the evening before going back into Singapore later.

We have a sushi treat from my sister in law, see how many places we've eaten?
Sorry... I suppose to take a snapshot before we start eating... but that's not bad too.

My wife and I with my superb N70 handphone camera.

One more, my lovely wife.
